I went into NC the minute he said he wanted to end things. Picked up my things and left his house in silence. Didn’t even try to Explain myself. I talked with u, Coach Blk, about my relationship about 9 months ago. I was in a bad place. U helped me to understand that he actually put in very little effort and energy while I put in most. It hurt but it was true. 8 months after no contact he reached out to me via phone call. I was not bitter or angry when he called, but not excited either. I was indifferent. He contacts me and wants to see me often. Although i maintain my cool, i know i still love him. But he took me for granted and rarely made me a priority. I gave him space. I believe that 8 month space of no contact gave him the opportunity to feel what life is like without me. And he didnt like that life. Not quite sure how to move now but am definitely moving slowly. There is nothing I can say that will make you feel any better. I was where you are 2 months ago. Its torture and I'm so sorry we are going through this. I started to study the Law of Attraction over the last 2 weeks and it really helps. It wouldn't have done anything for me though when I was at your stage. Keep going. Coach is great but I find myself watching his videos less and less. Not too long ago I was going through every single one of his videos. Everyday. Lunch breaks. In the car. All the time. I’m about 5 months post break up. If you’re in pain you should remain in no contact. I was where you’re at. Still am. It will get easier though. Trust in yourself. Regain your self worth. It is not easy but you are on your own timeline. Give yourself grace and ultimately let go. It’s taken me so long to get to this point but it’s starting to feel better. You can’t predict the future so I have found a sense of indifference is helping. Good luck to you! Regardless of the outcome brighter days will certainly be ahead.

I was utterly broken and devastated last year when my ex left me for someone I thought was my friend. I never thought I'd get out of thr agony I was in but almost a year on life is good!! I was with this person 11 years and known them 18. I can't explain the pain I felt it has been the worst emotional agony ever. You will be OK it does take time and I so still have days where I am sad but I promise you, you will come out of it if you do the work on yourself. I did no contact, I did not beg. My ex reached out, we even met once because she was waiting outside my office before I came to work. She hugged and kissed me and then she cried. She texted me a few times after that. I invited her over to my place but she did not want to. During this time she met a new guy, as soon as their relationship was solidified, she stopped texting me. I never reached out, I never begged, I only answered when she reached out and suggested to get together. So, moral of the story is... They only come back if they cant replace you. She replaced me with the first guy she met and it was quick. Perhaps she even monkey branched, I believe was the case. So moral of the story, the biggest factor here is depending if they can find someone better fast enough or not.

Since new year we kinda went into no contact but we where still sending streak snaps each and every day so that obviously don't count. My 3 month relationship ended abruptly by my ex, I didn't see it coming. In the beginning, we spent every weekend together he eventually asked for space, and we mutually agreed. But yes you can move on with your own life - we should always be moving forward with our own lives and things that bring joy to us whether we’re in no contact or in a relationship. But moving on doesn’t mean moving on and away from your ex forever. You have no idea what the future may hold for you both. Really. Now is the very time that you can become the very person you feel so happy to be, and he will appreciate that so much if and when he comes back. I’m two months out and it still hurts but if I didn’t immerse myself in all that brings me fulfillment and joy without them I’d go mad…almost did 😂. I’m stronger and happier now. I went NC straight away. Last week she messaged me (2 and a half weeks) with a classic "Are you alive?" 😂 We chatted for the evening, i responded normally, no rushing or suggesting we getting back together. She said she was wondering how I was... Next evening, I got a meme, short discussion then finished. I’m in my head like I already told your friend about things, why would you unblock and message me about the same thing that was already understood? Not really tbh. You set the boundary. Sometimes women just really need time to think. If the find a rebound that’s on them. Trust me it sucks at first but realize the rebounds are never a genuine as you. So yeah dude give it time she’ll be back. Start dating and seeing other people.
