@playswellwithbutter I DID AND OUTSTANDING SOOOOOOO MUCH FLAVOR. ITS like a PARTY IN MY MOUTH🥰🥰🥰🥳🥳🥳🥳🤤🤤🤯🥳🤤🤤. I WILL be making this weekend with rice and a salad on the side. Don't forget the lime squeeze it the cherry on top!!! You did your BIG ONE ON this simply but FLAVORFUL DISH

In Australia I’ve not seen tostadas before so I used round tortilla chips and we made adorable mini tostadas! My family loved them so much we are making them 2 nights in a row. I also used silken tofu to replace the sour cream to make it vegan and omitted the jalapeños to reduce the heat. It still works very well. Thank you love the recipe ❤

So for those of us that can't do cilantro because it tastes like soap, what do you suggest instead as a replacement for that herb?

I'd honestly just leave it out, I think the crema will still have lots of good flavor without it. If you have some basil laying around, that would be really good - will obviously change the flavor some, but I think that sounds delish too.
