Thank you for the random strangers on the internet that put me onto this band. They are indeed something special and a diamond in the rough when it comes to composing music in 2022. This is the type of music that attaches us to the soul of sound. They aren't necessarily making 100% original or unique in the genre they are in but its unique in the sense of just elevating that post-indie rock sound with jazz elements & production/lyrics/composition of the whole damn album that is something to celebrate in this day in age where music can be overly-processed copy/paste pick a relatable word and make a song about it.

This album has not even been out for a week, yet I have come to the conclusion that this is definitely one of my favourite albums of all time. Their first record blew me away, but this one takes things up to a thousand. This song right here brings the whole album together, it completes it and makes the album feel like an adventure. Encompassing various melodies from previous songs and then the last few moment having the melody from the first song, looping the album and connecting the ends together. This song literally brought upon the albums existence too. The melancholic last few minutes with the crushing guitars makes me sob super hard every time, this album came out at a point of my life that is right now extremely difficult and probably one of the hardest it's ever been for me. Which makes this album that more special to me. Knowing that Isaac left the band 5 days before the release makes everything that more emotionally impactful too. Thank you so much, BC,NR

I dont wanna be that commenter who tells their life story in every comment section, but the last couple years have been the worst in my life. Lost family, lost friends, lost lovers... i think a lot of us have been waiting for something that really kicks off how the rest of this decade should be. A time of mourning for everyone weve lost, and somehow find it in ourselves to continue pushing for the future.

This album really broke me into pieces, but in a way that feels like it might not be impossible to pick them back up. Heartbreaking but motivating at the same time.

One of the best songs in history. Each part of it is phenomenal. The saxophone, the math rock for the uplifting part, the Post-Rock epic crescendos, his emotional voice breaking. I mean, the whole album is a masterpiece and this song is beyond words.
