4:08 oh you thought the crowd was loud? well the crowd was actually MUCH MUCH louder than in the video 😅. They muted the crowd's screams a bit so that the girls' vocals can be heard more...when I talked to people who have actually been there, they said it was actually even louder. When they performed there in 2019, people in America who didn't know them were scrambling to know who they were. They had the biggest crowd that year despite other big artists like Will SMith, Ariana Grande, and Billie Eilish also performing.

They were both nervous and excited about performing at Coachella. They said that they didn't know if there would be any people wanting to see them. They were shocked when they took the stage and couldn't even see the back of the crowd. They were even more amazed when they heard people singing along with them in Korean.

if you're interested to hear/watch their songs in chronological order to see their growth as artists, you gotta check out their *BOOMBAYAH* and *WHISTLE* next. Those 2 are their debut songs when they debuted in 2016. They both have music videos. "Boombayah" was a big hit internationally and was their 3rd music video to reach 1 Billion views. "Whistle" is more chill, and while it's not as loved as Boombayah overseas, it was a huge hit in Korea and won them a lot of awards. A few months later, they released *STAY* and *PLAYING WITH FIRE* . "Stay" was their chillest song at that point. "Playing With Fire" is the perfect song to play at a road trip. In 2017, they released their single *AS IF IT'S YOUR LAST* . "As If It's Your Last" is their first proper "pink" song. Part of why they're called BLACKPINK is because they have a Black side that's edgier, and a pink side that's more sentimental and feminine. In 2018, they released *DDU-DU DDU-DU* . They also released their EP "Square Up". The tracks in it except DDU-DU DDU-DU don't have music videos. *FOREVER YOUNG* (this has a dance video) *REALLY* *SEE YOU LATER* A few months later, Jennie released her solo song appropriately named "SOLO" 😅. *SOLO* In 2019, they released *KILL THIS LOVE* . "Kill This Love" is filled with energy from beginning to end. It was a very good follow-up to DDU-DU DDU-DU. They also released their EP also named "Kill This Love". The tracks in it except Kill THis Love don't have music videos. *DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO* (this has a dance video) *KICK IT* *HOPE NOT* *DDU-DU DDU-DU Remix* In 2020, they released their first full-length album "THE ALBUM" (yep it's really called that 😅). *HOW YOU LIKE THAT* and its music video was released as a 'pre-release' to THE ALBUM. I'm sure you have heard of it because this got viral everywhere. *ICE CREAM with Selena Gomez* was the much anticipated collab between the two big artists. Its music video was an even more "pink" than As If It's Your Last and a bit naughty. *LOVESICK GIRLS* is their title track for THE ABLUM. This really surprised everyone as this was such a different sound from them. The following tracks in THE ALBUM don't have music videos but still deserve a listen: *PRETTY SAVAGE* *BET YOU WANNA ft. Cardi B* *CRAZY OVER YOU* *LOVE TO HATE ME* *YOU NEVER KNOW* In March 2021, Rosé released her solo project -R- which comprises of 2 songs, these both have music videos. *ON THE GROUND* has a really deep message that talks about what's really important in life. *GONE* is a much more chill song that talks about the pains of a heart break. >YG has promised years ago that each member WILL release their own solo songs. Rosé and Jennie had theirs, so we're now expecting Lisa's and Jisoo's. Lisa's is rumored to release hers in June, with DJ Snake hinting in social media lately of a collab. Jisoo is currently working on her K-drama/series "Snowdrop" where she'll be playing the lead actress so we expect her solo to come out next year due to her busy schedule. Note: Their songs that have music videos also have dance videos (they also have songs that don't have music videos that do have dance videos).

Some info about the Coachella performance it was their first USA concert and opened their US tour. Jisoo had a strained back and felt horrible but she went on and performed and did most of the moves

Try to watch the du ddu du ddu version from their online concert called The Show. The thing with Blackpink is no live performance looks or feel the same. Just some extra information: They don't actually have many songs, the reason is their company YG, claim it to be quality over quantity but Blinks know they can do both. They never got credit for their work. It was only recently they were recognized for their work. They are a normal kpop group. normal kpop groups usually release music 2-3 times a year, where as Blackpink only release once a year. They have Netflix documentary called "Blackpink: LIGHT UP THE SKY" which I recommend you to watch, It gives a more detailed background into their journey. Do check out their non music content, behind the scenes, dance practices and their reality shows, variety shows. If you ask any blink who has always been there since day 1, knows what they have been through on a different level in terms the Blackpink & Blink relationship.
