Is there a way to have the fx spill over when you change patch, so reverbs and delays don’t just stop abruptly. I use the FS10 and have multiple patches for a song. Think run to you by Brian Adams, patch one is the into with chorus, two is a rhythm crunch, three is the solo and four that acoustic like clean rhythm after the solo. Moving from patch to patch the effects just cut off abruptly, maybe there’s something in the software like for the noise gate, but I’ve not found it yet ?

Hands down the Boss modulation loop + straight up tube combo. Not to mention the convenience for gigging or just jamming with such setup vis-a-vis having to continuously dial stuff in the digital amp

I have a really nice pedalboard, but I'm just using the onboard fx on my ID15, which i just bought new. The only thing you dont have onboard is a fuzz. The amp itself does compression (from tube sag) and has lots of sustain, even at lower gain. The notes really hang in, which i didnt have with the pedals. I wonder if i might have been losing some signal through the pedals.

Good demo tarnished because, after inviting viewers' subjective opinions, the presenter gave some clues as to the coolest stance to adopt. I heard the clip on my smartphone using a single earphone and - surprisingly even to me - I thought the digital amp built-in effects peed all over the Boss multi-effect unit.
