3:43 growing up in Maine, running lobster boats with my buddy?while in high school , I gotta tell ya, lobster fresh off the boat beats any crawfish! I now live in Tennessee and have traveled alll over the US from Maine to California up to Alaska. Nothing beats lobster. It’s funny to think it was fed to inmates back in the day because it was regarded as a bitten feeding junk bug. Now it takes in millions of dollars

Wish that I could. Diabetic, in the low side, is an issue. I can swing rice and bowl of grits with crawdads with 2 eggs. Unfortunately, I can't have the biscuits with it. The grits are too many carbs already. I'd have to get none the rest of the day to cheat this one already lol

just started watching ur channel and yum yum but while never had grits have had cream of wheat, I would change it up and like what you think; cook grits with salted onion greens(acadian condiment) up here and we saute or simmer lobster in butter here; I would cook the grits with salted onions and pour deveined crawl fish over the top that way the juice would ooze in the grits and and the grits wouldn't drown the crawl fish
