I have an uncle named Bruce Mitchell, my Dad's brother. He lives in the MS Delta. He looks so similar to this Bruce Mitchell it's crazy. It's uncanny, actually - same name, same general part of the country, same hair (my uncle keeps his shorter these days), mustache, even similar accents and sense of humor - although my uncle is much louder and crazier after he gets some beers in him. He's also a fantastic cook, outdoorsman - hunter, fisherman, duck hunting guide. Just amazing.

Finally I see one thing you and I don't agree on, vegetables. I eat eat about every veggie that grows. One I don't like it Kale. Nothing but a fad green that nobody likes. They just say they do. Some will even pass a good pot of collard green for Kale. Now that my friend is someone with messed up taste buds. Stir fried broccoli is some of the best out there.
Next time put honey and orange jelly jam on it with what you already put on it! Man your going to love it even more

I understand pleasing the wife I like spicy, hot, crisp tender vegetables and crunchy texture like the skin on fried chicken , but she likes it plain no spicy and everything cooked soft a d she remove the best part of fried chicken the crispy crunchy skin. More for me yeppie So I do split cooking as well. However we both like steaks rare to medium rare. But after forty years of marriage you do what you have to do to keep the peace and both parties happy and satisfied.
