Wow, what an achievement, the sharpness, the flares, the AF, the max aperture, the small size and weight, the price 🎉 ticking mist boxes. I just got my 33 / 50 / 100 Remus for my FX3 this week and will rig it with the Focus Grip / Ronin 4 Pro. But as soon as you will offer FullFrame x1.5 AF I will Switch. Go Blazar go! ❤

My suspicion is that they are still working on the focus by wire algorithm before releasing these because the CineD qreview had no mention of the focused by wire ability and feel

I'd buy this in a heartbeat if it was full frame. You already have full frame lenses and autofocus technology, why not combine them? A Remus autofocus lens?

I love it. I recently shot a short on Sirui Venus lenses with an FX3 and focus was a nightmare. So happy these are starting to roll out!!!! I see people shooting with full frame cameras though and these are S35, so is everyone just cropping out the vignette?

Why is the footage so choppy when panning left and right? In the comparison it Looks Like Remus has none of that but the apex does. Is that an issue due to the autofocus or how does that work?

Absolutely fantastic. I will be buying this. I also will be ecstatic to get 85mm 100mm Also, knowing that this is cropped… does that mean the 35 is still more like a 50? Or whatever the math turns out to be? Or is the advertised focal length the “equivalent”?

No, only mounts that traditionally support AF. If you want a good PL lens from Blazar, the Remus and Cato are your best bet!
