Blender - Curve Machine Addon

Hey, thanks for creating this video, much appreciated! The reason it's not a Bevel is because the segments outside of your connection get blended. If you start with a single point selection, than yes it will look like a bevel, especially with Auto Tension, which create a circular arc in that case. But if you start with a selection of 2 or more points, then it is not at all guaranteed, that the segments outside the selection converge to a single point. The blending will still work, but it will create a S-shaped blend, which clearly is not a bevel. Also, the reason your blend at the top was at first still pretty harsh is, because there was not enough space for it. The converging point was very close or directly at your selected point. So you could have slid it back to make room for the blend. Cool video, cool use case with the cord extension, and I liked the mention of the extra curve primitives too!

No worries. It is going to be hard not calling it a bevel but it definitely isn't. Thanks for explaining it more, it's a nice little addon. I wanted something like this a couple weeks ago and now here it is. I Appreciate all you do Machin3.

I like the tension settings the most. It's the most useful thing for me. Did I miss it?
