I always get emotional when Jack says "This is what I'm suppose to do" and Jacob replies, "is that a question Jack?" 😭

Sadly, the actress who played Alex’s mother, Danielle Rousseau, died a couple of years ago. She was also one of the leads on the sci-fi series, Babylon 5. That’s principally where I know her from.

Seeing Mira Furlan is sadder than seeing Jin and Sun die.

So emotional to see Jack carry the torch for Locke. He's even repeating most of the latter's lines. :)

11:35 Rick is so good at predicting, I’ve loved it through this whole series

Agreed; and conversely, it's frustrating so many people that watched this show failed to understand things like this, even when the show explicitly explained it (such as that 'you-know-what' scene in the finale).

"This is what I’m supposed to do." Great scene! Lost really has such great character development.

Rick's reaction "again?! Again Desmond?!?" watching him wait for Locke is probably the hardest I've laughed in months.

Even if it brings *all* the angst and tears, it is quite poetic that Sawyer blamed Jack for indirectly killing Juliet, but now Sawyer has indirectly killed Sayid, Sun, and Jin. "I killed them didn't I?" Now he knows how Jack has been feeling. :(

Ben's big moment being getting his ass kicked by Desmond will never not be hilarious 🤣🤣

I’m so curious to see how Rick reacts to the end and also what the flash sideways are actually about. I’ve watched the entire series multiple times (it’s the only series in which I’ve done so) and I still can’t get through the last few episodes without tearing up. The final shot in the finale still gives me chills.

I can see Alex not having an accent growing up in the US, it is common for immigrant children to speak the language of the country they live perfectly while their parents have the accent from growing up somewhere else.
@p-forest2 жыл бұрын
Yup, this is pretty standard for younger immigrants; I know dozens of people that are kids of immigrants from other countries and all of them have a standard 'American' accent while their parents still have accents influences from their native countries.

5:28 at first I was like "ummmm... Eric, Lapidus is still alive too..." but then I remembered that the show is still leading watchers to believe he died when the sub blew up at this point.

4:03 such a small detail but I love how Richard starts to turn his gun to Widmore, sees that Ben is already doing so, and points his gun back to Zoe. I just noticed this and thought it was cool

As a British person, we pour milk straight from the bottle. Now Canada… They buy milk in bags, then buy jugs to hold the bags.

I'm from Wisconsin and buy our milk in bags from the Kwik Trip gas station and put them in jugs too!

I remember, at the time it aired, thinking that Ben killed Whitmore to hinder Flocke. Not so he could save his daughter.

I'm curious to see what you think of the series overall. I watched when it originally aired. And I thought after the writers strike it took a turn. I wasn't thrilled with it after. That said still one of my favorite series!

No british people do not do that, maybe the queen did. American perspective on britain is stuck in the 70s

Rick; I think europeans, like british people, do that. We really don't.

It's interesting how originally Jack was supposed to die in the pilot, so basically the winning candidate would have been Kate. I assume that's why in this scenario she was excluded
@JacopoBasanisi Жыл бұрын
@Gighileanu Andrei You might be right, maybe the duality between Locke and Eko would have been like a proxy battle

Ill have MUCH more to add to Kates name crossed out and Jacobs reason.. ones that make sense. That being said I think to fireside chate (including what he told THE AUDIENCE about Kate.
@ryanl92242 жыл бұрын
Isn't he basically just saying Kate found her purpose in being a mother and the chosen candidate needed to be someone who lacks a purpose? That's always what I assumed from the fireside conversation.
