It's good that she admits to the workout burning and hurting too because with a lot of workout trainers they act as if it's the easiest thing in the world and it discourages a lot of people because they're having a difficult time. Really appreciate it ♥️

(( i know this is long but i hope i can reach at least one person with the words that i'm about to say. i love you.)) it's been almost a year since a left this comment here and in this whole year, so much has changed. not in a good way though, because when i went to college, i had to quit following blogilates and doing workouts everyday including this video. today i was sitting and thinking "is this the life i want? am i really gonna sit here and wait till someone loves me and tells me that i'm beautiful and make me believe that?" i realised how a pathetic person i almost became and i was like "yeah, it's me moving on now. even if i break sometimes, i am me and no one can change this about me." and yes, it is the most powerful feeling ever. you, whoever reading this comment; just get up from wherever you are sitting on right now and play your favorite song which makes you dance like crazy. and then remember that you have a beautiful body. you are beautiful just as you are, you just have to realise that, right now. you can change your body if you want to, but no one can tell you so. I've always wanted a tattoo on my shoulder, but I HATE my arms so much that I refuse to show them. Even in the summer, I don't wear tank tops or even T-shirts because i'm so afraid others are going to see them. I get really hot since I only wear shirts that cover the elbow, and I wish so badly that I could wear cute tops... My biggest goal though is a tattoo on my arm, so here I am working out my arms. I've been doing this (and a variety of other blogilates videos) for just over a month along with clean eating, and I haven't seen much of a difference in my body yet. It's so easy to get discouraged but I don't want to give up this time since i've been trying to lose weight for 8 years. I think I can do it, the stories I read in the YT comments really motivate me. Hold me to it! Thank you so much Cassie and thank you everyone for inspiring me with your successes. It's so hard but I just want to be happy and look the way that I feel on the inside.

I'm very glad I added this to my workouts. It's only 6 minutes, so it's not hard to do daily. If you add this to the rest of your routine it becomes very useful! I find it especially useful because it actually burns the fat in your upper arms! I love it! I do it everyday and sometimes every other day, and it works! It didn't take very long to see results.

One month later consistently working out to this video 5 days a week once a day, and cutting back on fast foods, and eating smaller portions. I have trimmed my arm fat by 1 inch. this may not sound like much, but it makes a BIG difference in how my shirts fit. This is a big accomplishment, and I know you can do it too! I have very fat arms so I am trying to do this for a full month I'm gonna try and document this Day 1: was able to get through forward and backwards before needing a break Day 2: I am switching between this video and one on her tik tok both are 6 minutes arms were a little sore from yesterday Day 3: may 15 I have an alarm set for me to do this at 4pm but everytime I just end up doing them at 11pm my arms are more sore but I kinda like doing this. I like her enthusiasm. I am able to take shorter breaks in between and my arms are a little harder Day 4 arms are still sore I am now alternating so today was a different video Day 5 my arms werent very sore during the day but when I started doing the exercise I could feel it. I was gonna do a break day today because its Sunday but I got my motivation and did it. My arms are defidently a little bigger when I flex there is a little numb that didnt used to be there. I am able to get through forwards and backwards without pausing in between and I dont have to pause the video as much Also I feel like I am not doing the exercises right because one arm will burn more than the other and it switches???? 😪 finals week starts tommorow wish me luck!

It really works! I started doing this workout about 2 years ago and I saw the results very quickly (it took me two months to see a little muscle). But obviously I work out and eat healthy foods, I lost 33 pounds by the way 😆 I don't think you can see any results if you do this workout only, but it really helps. Cassie I just wanted to say thank you because you have made me the happiest I have ever been in my entire life because of the improvements I see in my body. I have never felt this amazing in my workout clothes before (which are a sports bra and spandex). I did this particular arm workout in my mirror just a minute ago and I kept smiling at myself because I could see the muscle on the sides of my stomach and my abs were actually outside of my stomach lol! This 'workout' literally has no resistance which is needed for any type of muscle building, this workout does nothing except tire out a beginners arms which IS NOT the same as working them out in order to increase muscle mass. Add resistance such as weights, bands, bodyweight exercises etc, not this rubbish.

The time I suffered from mental problems, my doctor suggested me do some exercises and I found out this video. Well.... These are just as hard as the first time i did them but i didn't stop everyday. My muscles aren't really sore for some reason and i dont think i see progress just yet. Maybe I should work more...?

I'm extremely skinny so my arms looks like a skeleton but I started doing this workout almost everyday and my arms look healthy now... If that make sense. I even have a little muscle. Lol!😂💪 Thank you!!!

I enjoy reading the 'this workout wasn't that hard for me' because I can't tell if you're proud of yourself and have worked to a point that this is simple or, you're are trying to upset others who do find this a challenge…OR you watched this while dining on a cheeseburger and felt for some reason your knowledge of what you believe is solid needed to be herd. If you are to a point that this is something you consider a warm up then good for you! If you're trying to upset others it does work, its rude and makes you look like a not so nice person (I'll put it that way) we're all on a journey. And, last if you are here to place your condescending opinion on a video that wasn't targeted for you but for those who wish to live a healthy life style than I will simply say grow up.

This also wasn't her most difficult arm workout for those of us who have been around for a few months. Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing it, but I actually had to add a five pound weight to get the sweet burn going. This community is generally very supportive and not looking to bash anyone, which is one of the reasons why I keep coming back. So what it was difficult for you? In a couple of months, you'll probably be that proud person who can say, "This wasn't that difficult, maybe I need to add weights?"

I can't do this exercises at all.. like i am so weak and its a big challenge for me. But i dont think comments in which people say that this wasnt hard for them are upsetting at all. Its quite the inspiration tbh because i know i can do it too if I work on it :D

I'm so proud of myself for being able to finish this 100% on my first try. I was bedridden for 6 years due to a severe disability, and it got to the point where I could barely lift my own water bottle, which is when I knew I had to do something about it and started physical therapy in January. My insurance stopped covering my physical therapy in May, but I've been doing exercises daily on my own, and the fact I can do this just proves to myself how strong I am and how far I've come. I'm in pain 24/7 bc of my disability, but I push through the pain and that's all that matters. :)

Always struggled with my weight and in particular, the tops of my arms.. That's where my most obvious stretch marks are.. Followed blogilates since 2014 and occasionally start following the workouts but it has only ever lasted a few days before now. Most recently I've stuck to this workout for 3 weeks doing it most days and I've lost just over an inch from the top of my arms! Keep going guys it really works!

just wanna share this! I have done day 6 yesterday, and i haven't really spot any big differences but i can see that my and are SLOWLY coming out (when i suck in my tummy tbh or maybe its just my imagination) AND my booty is obviously getting toned. I usually watch youtube videos while doing different exercises to keep me entertained but this video is the first workout that actually kept me entertained without watching anything on the background. I followed many workouts, but never have I experienced this much fun while doing such an intense arm exercise (maybe bc she was also suffering with me while having such a nice conversation in between lmao). It's never too late to build a stronger and more beautiful body! Two months of dedicated blogilates practices is a long time, and it showed in my body after about 6 weeks. Plus, you're not just improving yourself for prom, you're also competing against yourself for college, adult life and a long healthy lifetime. I graduated high school years ago and I wish I saw Cassey's videos back then. Good luck!

Started my lifestyle change/fitness journey in February 2018. I exercise every other day (started low impact due to being obese and working my way to higher cardio). I do this video and the other arm video at least once a week in conjunction with the cardio. Today was the first day I didn't stop during reps!!! I actually felt like breaking, but at last found the ability to push through! Thank you so much for these workouts!

I have terrible migraines because of an injury that ruined my neck and back.
