I've used red/classic henna for quite a long time, though I am growing it out atm (which is the only damage-free way to get it out of your hair, so keep that in mind in case you ever want to try the red/copper henna versions). Unlike chemical dye, henna goes into your hair shaft and fills it up, so it is very, very difficult to remove. Most hairdressers won't even go near that process. Blonde henna is not really a thing. The main ingredient is indeed Cassia which gives your hair a golden shine, but it barely releases any dye. It's good if you want that bit of extra shine. But since your hair is already predominantly golden blonde, you won't notice much of a difference. A thing to also keep in mind is that even if you use red henna, you will still see the difference between the top part of your hair and the lighter lower part. The henna on top will be darker than the rest. It won't even out colour differences. If you want an even result, you would have to start with an even colour. Having that said, I absolutely love henna. It's a powerful boost for your hair, if you use it more often. Making it stronger, shinier and more resilient. Good luck!

Thank you so much for this insight! I absolutely love the chemical free aspect of it but the unpredictable nature of it is quite scary! And as you say, I don’t have the most even of bases to start! I was convinced blonde henna was indeed a far reach to start 🤣 so you’re saying I may not have too much henna deposit in my hair right now? That’s good! My issue is that I don’t like the traditional dye chemicals touching my head, so I’ll always lean to leaving my roots untouched, I’m quite lucky they are mid range coloured to start. It was pretty soft after this , but absolutely not worth the hassle 🤣 thank you for watching and sharing your knowledge ! Much appreciated 🤍

I used the chestnut it’s pure, 3 days ago. I was highlighted blonde and I absolutely love it. It’s brown with lovely red undertones. Maybe try chestnut instead of Auburn if you don’t want to go to orange

So glad it went well for you! I think my hair is just getting too long and too thick now for me to do it myself! (Thats my excuse for going and being pampered in a salon I think!) 😅

Blond henna doesnt exist. I believe plant is Cassia. For people with not colored hair it does great job. For people witch colored hair it is most of the time more "drying". If there is henna, it will be always with some red tint. It depends how much. But Cassia doesnt stay as long as henna (which is sometimes permanent). Sorry for my bad English, I am not native speake, but I hope you understand.

Thank you for your comment! I had a gut feeling it wouldn’t do anything 🤣 I am glad people are telling me it won’t be in my hair long, that’s means I can do something else pretty soon 👍🏻 thank you for your knowledge 🤍

There used to be a beautiful henna product they took off the shelves years aga . The clear one was the best ... don't know why we can't use it anymore

Would that have just been a treatment henna? For conditioning purposes? 🤍 I think they may still do a colourless one somewhere

Yeah, just letting you know that’s not Hannah because Hannah colors an orange tone color that is called Cassia and leaves yellowish tones

@@ceidaguzmanllamas8779 so if I go to a salon or colour again myself with traditional colour does that mean I won’t come across any issues as it wasn’t true henna? ❤️ bonus if so!

Sorry, but if you only one blonde hair, Cassia gives it blonde color, but Hannah gives it like a red cupboard. Just start my hair red with.

It won’t tint your hair blonde, what they mean is that you won’t get the red tint like the normal henna

So basically this product is pointless? 🤣
@Rosefn1ss
@Rosefn1ss Ай бұрын
Is not pointless, henna is very healthy for your hair and scalp, most people use it for the health benefits but the blond can’t because of the red tint, now with this one they can 😊

It’s not Hannah. It’s called Cassia if it doesn’t color red.

“Blonde Henna” ??? Whoever came up with that name, has contributed to the cultural appropriation of my culture 🤦🏻‍♀️

I googled before buying and this is literally the only brand to have released one. For the reason that…it literally doesn’t work anyway, and they were obviously just trying to make money 😅🤍
