James's victory felt like a personal victory. I overworked myself for an important exam for my career , because of which I couldn't sleep one day before the exam and couldn't do well. James's reformed approach made me replicate the same things and gave me strength throughout the process. Now he has succeeded, I feel I can do the same damn thing.

This episode shows that you still need a balance in life. At 44 years next month I can appreciate this. Im finally back to bodybuilding after a deadly spine infection in 2015 which almost killed me causing a heart attack. I started to hate not being able to lift anymore. This year I said fuck it but I'm putting the work in and dedicated to the diet and everything it comes with.

@@cleveosteen7175 So I have 4 herniated disc one is technically gone which is the L5-S1 the butt bone disc. Injured on job in 2006 needless to say the job didn't like how I was doing my own PT I'm a certified Trainer. Anyway I dont do injections at all no cortico-steriods because it eats away at the disc material. I get my nerves burnt out so I dont have to deal with the sciatic pain. One time it somehow got infected which was weird but i was away at a Grappling tournament for my daughter which I wasn't leaving. I told my wife when we get home I'll go to hospital. They put me on Vanco which constricted my heart causing me to have a heart attack. To prevent any future infections I wash down with a special soap and have not had any issues since. I refuse to have surgery. Thanks for asking!

I know Fouad isn't signing James to Hosstile but he embodies everything the brand is. Makes no apologies for being a proper bodybuilder but still doing things his own way. Would be a perfect fit for the brand. But, I also appreciate what James said about valuing his friendship with Fouad too much to complicate it with business. Anyway, I'm glad James is going to The O and doing his own way!

Fouad is ABSOLUTELY correct. I used to work in an office with me & another guy...and 7 women. The women would wear new clothes for the other women to see and get jealous seeing it. The one wearing the new outfit would leave the area and the other 6 would then say shit about her....and yes about the diamond ring TOTALLY...it's so like that.

@MHMHMHMHMHMHMHMH2 жыл бұрын
It’s more complex than that. On one level he lacks a level of emotional empathy like you say, but on another level he demands emotional support constantly. So it appears a bit paradoxical: wanting emotional support but not having the ability to give it (on the same level). Still a great dude and we love him.

In relation to this year’s Olympia, the qualifying season was a lot longer so all the shows that previously were post Olympia and qualified for the following year are this year pre Olympia and qualify for this year. Next year’s Olympia is slightly earlier therefore the numbers will be reduced again. Also the competitor numbers were down on the Canada shows this year due to the ridiculous entry requirements.
