Haven’t seen many garbage men then. A lot of garbagemen are strong from their job and also work out a lot. There’s no magic rule that garbagemen don’t also go to the gym or train outside of their job. A lot of guys in the trades also go to the gym.

So it really depends. There are areas where Garbage men are just so-so strength wise because so much has become automated. However, in the cities when dealing with significantly more trash, a lot of the Garbage men are actually extremely well built and yes, obviously work out. They have to for their job. I have definitely seen plenty of garbage men that look like body builders. The job can be extremely manual labor intensive and you have to carry really heavy shit. So it kinda depends.
