Becky, I couldn't sleep tonight. It's 2a. and I thought I'd watch one of your videos. This recipe sounds and looks so good. I'll put it on my "To Do" list. I also have been memorizing scripture verses you gave out several months ago. I wrote them down on an index card so I could carry it with me wherever I go. It's Jeremiah 17:7-8. I don't know why those verses caught my attention when you mentioned them in your video. But I have been working on them to memorize. Becky, I've been watching your channel for almost two years. I have to say you have the gift of encouragement. Your words lift my spirits up. Thank you for your testimony of how the Lord works in your life. ❤

Hey Miss Becky! I absolutely love Homemade Biscuits! Mama made them Every Morning, n Night but sometimes 3 times a day. So do I... It's our way of life. I love Blueberry Biscuits or with anykind of Homemade Jams n Jellies! Nothing like them. Just butter n Sugar biscuits are good. Alot of times we ate just butter n jelly or sugar biscuits to eat. 9-13 eating at our house. If flour wasn't to short, we'd have gravy. Mama could always feed us something. We was very poor. I remember eating just 1 biscuit so Mama n Daddy could eat more. I was next to oldest and was the smartest. I knew when they were hungry and would go without so us kids could eat. I played sick many times so they could eat something! These Blueberry Biscuits bring back alot of Memories of Love in my home! God Provides if you have Faith! Thank you Sweetheart. You have such a glow to your face. Good things n Happiness shows in your eyes! God Bless You Sister Becky... 😁😁❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏 PS. Everyone and Anyone that wants to make Biscuits can do it! They don't have to be pretty or look the best! If a 8 yr old child can make a biscuit, Anybody can. I started when I was 8 yrs old and never stopped. Lol. I taught my kids, boys n girls and my Grandchildren n will teach my Great Grandbabies if the Lord don't come first! They're only 2 yrs, 2 are 1 yr olds n a month old baby girl.. 4 Great Grandbabies and my Joy in life! Lol. It only takes a few minutes to whoop up a pan of biscuits n a few to cook them and you'll be so happy you did! Please everyone, give it a try! Miss Becky is right, Y'all can do it! Don't think about it to much just grab your Flour, Shortening and Buttermilk n Start whooping them up! This Ga Grandmaw could teach you so fast n just watch Becky! She showed you how already and she has videos up on how to do it! I love you Sister Becky and Keep you in my Prayers! 🙏❤😁

Yum! I make these often and switch up the fruit like you said. A favorite over here is cranberry with orange glaze. If you're out of fruit just adding a little flavored (orange, lemon, cinnamon, lime, almond, etc) glaze over the biscuits makes a nice treat and a welcomed little change from routine for the kiddos too! Whenever i see different extracts on sale i buy them because they last forever and add a nice surprise of flavor easily.

I do this, but with a different method. I use frozen blueberries so that they will stand up to being handled and just add them to the ingredients when making the dough.. frozen berries are not crushed and they are all thru the biscuits this way, but the baking process brings them back to life and you'd never know you started with frozen berries.. It's also easier to fold the dough for those flaky layers when the berries are already incorporated into it!
