Here's the English translation for the ingredients in the description box: ♥︎ Blueberry Sauce Blueberry 280g 53 g sugar Corn starch 6g 38 g of water 12 g lemon juice ♥︎ Cream Cheese Frosting 400g cream cheese 240g fresh cream 55 g sugar ♥︎ Blueberry Cream Cheese Icing 200g during cream cheese frosting 40g puree in blueberry sauce ♥︎ Lemon syrup 60 g of water 15 g sugar 12 g lemon juice Mix all the ingredients and turn off the fire once it boils. Let it cool down before use.

I made this blueberry cake last week! It tastes really good. As you have written to put the blueberry compote generously, so did I, and you're right, the compote is not sweet :) everything is just nice. The only thing is the Genoise... I personally find your tutorial on the Genoise unclear, some "hints" seem to be missing.. just insufficient info in general. I ended up failing my Genoise (but still edible thanks to the compote and cream). If anyone is planning on making this, I suggest you to look for some more descriptive and informative tutorials on making Genoise cake sheets on KZbin. I mean, these types of video (from Jaconde, Hidamari, CookingTree.. etc) they are very aesthetically pleasing to watch but they are not for beginners and they lack a lot of information, which is usually done by explaining verbally by a more professional or beginner-friendly bakers on KZbin. Baking could be simple but it's not easy.

오늘 만들었어요!! 크림치즈 대신 집에 쟁여놓은 마스카포네로 했어요! 콩포트는 딸이 계속 집어먹어서 케이크 만들랴 콩포트 사수하랴 난리도 아니엿어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 마지막으로 블루베리랑 크림치즈프로스팅이랑 섞어 맛을 봤는데... 와 세상 맛나요!!!!! 다 만들어놓고 냉장고에 숙성중인데 너무 기대되요 좋은 레시피 감사합니다^^

Love the moment your husband joined ;-) So sweet to hear how wonderful you're both getting along with each other. :-) The cake looked amazing! is it okay, if I purree the blueberries, so that there are no junks? Or would it take some of the taste? And dear... the flowers looked great :-) But I understand that you wouldn't consider to do it again, because of all what happened.

honestly, a blueberry puree would incorporate the taste from the skin along with the flesh of the berries, so it might be just a little bit more bitter than the sauce on its own. however, the addition of the lemon juice will mostly cover that up

Thanks for finally putting the ingredient list in English. Hopefully your sponge recipe is now the same. That's the only things stopping me from trying to make one of your creations. Well, those two things plus the size of the pan you're using. If it's not as of yet can you please include that info in inches? I tried to Google the size you had listed on a previous video but nothing came up, not even close to it. Thanks! It's a beautiful cake. How can you not like blueberries with cream cheese, right? 😁

Hi~! Mine is 6 inch size pan. You may find out on amazon. I always use this cake pan. Search this 'Round Cake Pan, 6 x 3 Inch'. Sure~! They go well so much!

@@Jocondesbaking Thanks for replying. If I can find a 6 in pan at a local store I'll pick it up (buying online freaks me out, lol). I love cream cheese with most fruits. If you've never tried this give it a go. Make a cream cheese frosting and add some powdered freezed dried fruit to it. I've used strawberry, blueberry raspberry and apple cinnamon so far. Sadly the blueberry didn't give off much flavor but the other 3 did. The strawberry one tastes like you're eating a strawberry milkshake... 😋
