Awesome tips Jason. Every since I found your you tube channel and attended your seminar you have opened my eyes to a lot of things. After doing lawn care for 23 yrs I’m still learning. One of the best things I implemented was online billing. It’s makes easier for me and my customers love the convenience. I as well have cards on file and some even gave me authorization to use an ACH transfer to draw funds from to pay their bill. My customers have multiple options to pay and they love it. So between Quickbooks and Yardbooks I’ve been able to streamline my accounting and record keeping. Being I wear multiple hats in this business I need all the help I can get.

One of your earlier videos mentioned an ability to adapt. This video is spot on and about adapting that is so essential today more than ever.

Another solid video man! Are you starting to require a card on file for your customers? I push it pretty hard. It just seems to make life simpler for me.

How do you tell your biweekly customers you are changing them to weekly because it is to difficult to mow biweekly while the grass is tall? Should I simply say, hello I'm moving you to weekly? If you have any ideas you can reply

I really need people in my area to get on board with raising prices. It’s saturated with low price idiots. I’m holding strong trying to raise prices but my closure rate is getting small

Yes ! Learn to say No. I tell some that they do not meet my customer profile. I've been in business since 1975. Cull your accounts yearly.
