So some 20ish years ago, my buddy Tall Paul was playing at O'Charley's on the Cumberland strip in Knoxville on a Monday night, and some rail thin kid asks to play guitar with Paul. Paul figures nothing from nothing leaves nothing, an Andy takes his guitar. I have come to realize in the last 20 years or so, he can make music with a tooth brush. Just crazy amazing talented.

"...the chain will keep us together..." - only if the band play together. The first half is played in such a wooden, disjointed manner and is so slow that the magic of the original is lost. I nearly didn't stay for the second half, in which this band again fail to gel. That's what FM did so incredibly well.
@andywoodmusic6 жыл бұрын
its meant to start as a bluegrass ballad and end as a bluegrass double time jam. By "not playing together" well.... I dunno what you mean, as there are a lot of unison lines that the 3 melody instruments take and the rhythm section is keeping a great somber tempo going. if you don't like it, then thats cool, but the execution was on. Again its not meant to be a direct cover, but more a re imagining.

It's always the super religious folk that are so negative. Solid work Andy. You're an inspiration brother.

You took an AWESOME song by Fleetwood Mac and totally butchered it!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a disgrace. The second half of the song is even more of a cluster than the first. I am embarrassed for you.

literally who cares what you think. You're just another empty voice on the internet. You can't play, you don't create anything, and you simply don't like my version of this song. You need to put yourself in check, go do something with your life.
