Thank you for sharing your building process of a beautiful bicycle. I admire all of your techniques on how you approach the mechanical side. It looks like you have been a bicycle mechanic for years you make it look too easy. ☕️🙏🏼

For me, the 3 best aspects of this build: The way he laced the wheels... The way he set up the brakes... 2x... I would ❤ to have him build a bike for me!

Love his brake setup and then removal from the bike to add fluid/bleed. I learned a new trick here.

.................

While watching this film, I did not succumb to the temptation to get distracted even for a moment. I was like never before when I was so focused on the work of someone as banal as it is brilliant. It is impossible to ignore the things that surround us and at the same time have so much to tell us, because they are anointed very much. a high coefficient of difficulty that always accompanies artists of great caliber, creating almost perfect works that, while serving humanity, contribute to its faster development, with a very slight translation, silently, or perhaps silently, they rush forward with a simplicity worthy of the master who contributed significantly to their creation.

Beautiful. The only step that surprised me is that he didn't verify the hanger alignment before mounting the rear derailleur. It may have been correct from frame manufacturing, but so could tha facing, and he carefully did that. Maybe alignment was done but didn't make it into the video editing.

It is a good video, as a long time mechanic though, I never seen a torque wrench. I also only install one headset cup at a time, and I don't put finish tape onto the bars. That being said, I am sure there are lots of things we all do differently. He has lots of skill, and there are lots of good ideas on this video. Well done! and a beautiful build.

Really don't understand why you need to re-face the bb shell and headtube on a brand new frame. Bike manufacturers have all the best tooling to ensure they are correct from the factory.
