Very strange that the interviewer has no idea of the strong connection between the church and popular music, which is heavily based in Gospel and the Blues. Many of the classic pop artists began by singling or playing in church, including, Aretha franklin, the individual Beatles, Elvis, Whitney Houston, etc.

Johns is awesome. Funny! Gracious but also kind of a straight shooter.

" Why is that you've got a mic stand and I have to hold the bloody thing? " HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! :) Seriously, Scott could have made better audio arrangements for a legendary engineer & producer like Glyn. Nonetheless, a great interview.

Interviewer keeps interrupting and moving him on from a story before it's finished to another and then interrupts that one. So bloody annoying.

He also employs that annoying 'Bob Newhart' style intentional stammer. Cou-cou-could you tell us a-a-about John Bonham's drums? Fortunately, Johns manages to ignore it and provides some fantastic stories.

Why he is acting like that he is always grumpy, but if the guy that made the interview is the son of a friend of hers he is the nicest one, the man never learn respect or class , since get back seems very arrogant, his son is more nicer than her (good job mom)lol, nos i understand why people have problems with her not everybody is arrogant , you see what your mirror reflects the guy is always complaing about arrogant people he work with but i think the worst was herself for sure

You just get the impression swanning around being posh and knowing so-and-so in the early 60s just about got you anywhere you wanted back then, no-one I hear in any medium of that era seemed to have hand any interest in or know anything about the position they 'found themselves in', not much has changed lol

I know, if we didn't have Glyn John's we probably wouldn't have "Who's Next" by The Who. It was Glyn's idea to convince Pete Townshend to turn his abandoned "Lifehouse" project into songs which became that album. Songs like Baba O'Riley and "Won't Get Fooled Again" to name a few.
