I love that Mort was there. He's not relative of Frisky's, so his being there paints a picture of Frisky's and Chili's families being close. Maynard too, since as far as I know he's just a friend of Mort's. He must have been pretty present in Frisky and Chili's youth for him to be invited to such a small and casual wedding, and I think that's sweet.

'The sign' is definitely a much better title. Not only does it fit better with the usual episode naming style, 'we'll see' give the episode narrative technique of the story mirroring the parable at the start away a lot more, whilst 'the sign' is a lot more subtle and works in so many different levels. I also feel like if the title was 'we'll see', it would have been more obvious from the start that they weren't going to go through with selling the house and taken away from the tension buildup that makes the ending so good.

It's funny, because the phrase "We'll see" has a special meaning to me, because of a fondly remembered funny childhood experience of mine. My parents still bring up the story from time to time. So, it made me happy to see that theme in Bluey, BUT...I actually like "The Sign" better as the episode title because of its more specific double meaning.

Something I noticed and I can't be bothered finding the time stamp ahah was the escaped green baloon (Greeny) from the episode Mum School, it made an appearance in a scence transistion, it was in the clouds and swept across the screen. So cute and funny to include that because obviously in real life the balloon would have popped but it was nice to see it re appear.

I’m really into the theory of stripe and trix getting a divorce. You first see them getting in an argument where socks was playing with the wedding toppers. They were arguing in the back and socks was seemingly acting out an argument, a sign that it is a common occurence in their household. Stripe and trix may have been arguing about stripe’s drinking problem, later in the episode we see him come out of Wendy’s yard and saying “what day was it” he was clearly hungover.
