I’m sure this was answered, but ACN stands for Arizona, California and Nevada. It’s a tune recommended for those places only because their 91 octane is a different quality than non-ACN areas. Hope this helps someone

Don’t, the n55 is not as capable and full of issues,go for the b58 a much stronger engine and way more capable

@@harrytowers6850 n55 is great, there are known issues but simple fixes. the biggest potential of having a real issue is the steering rack. next issue is the plastic oil cap get an aluminum one off ebay for 40 bucks, 0 leaks. charge pipe no matter what will eventually blow, get an aluminum charge pipe should be able to snag for 180 ish. so for 220 bucks you can make a reliable 435i. if you do run into a steering rack issue that will run your 1,500 ish. bought my 435i 2 years ago with 12k miles, currently 2 years late I have 93k miles and only issue I had was the 3 stated above. luckily someone hit and ran me and the steering rack was covered under my provider. my brother has a 440i xdrive and it's very fun and fast and definitely more reliable but if you buy and intercooler you attack a main weakness of the n55, heat the killer of turbos. definitely stick with the n55 man I love it, about to go stage 3 with my fresh shipment of upgrades.

Awesome. I've been wanting to get a stage 1 done but I'm having a hard time justifying even that cost since where I live in Florida, everything has been built out in the last few years and there's not really anywhere where you even test the limits of the car when stock. But anywho, I'll get it done sooner or later, then go straight into stage 2 and I'm sure I'm going to kick myself for not getting it done sooner.

Yeah it can get a little expensive. But if you’d like a cheap way to get more power, look into a JB+. It’s only about like $250 and gives you a good amount of power!

First off wanted to say congrats on stage 2 but also wanted to point out the rattling sound coming from your middle console was happening due to the brake cables rubbing on the driveshaft its very common that the bracket on the cables fail bc they are cheap plastic i replaced mine recently on my f32 it only happens under heavy acceleration just wanted to point it bc eventually gets worse over time.

I’ve watched SlowSpeed’s dyno video after he installed his FBO mods and stage 2 tune. I wasn’t impressed with the results. I purchased new BM3 license prior to the release of the video. Now i wish I would’ve spent that towards a turbo upgrade, however I will still need the license for tuning the upgraded turbo.

It’s technically a B46 I believe but they’re pretty much the same thing. The B46 is just the B48 that’s been adjusted a little bit to meet emission requirements here in the US. Sometimes I call it a B46 or B48 lol

A tuned and modified 435i is still way cheaper than an M4. I also already owned a 435i before I started my KZbin channel. But I would definitely love to upgrade to an M car one day!
