yor SO clean! lol. I just changed my pads today, and my version of cleaning was brushing the piled up brake dust goo off of the bracket thing where the pad is situated. With my finger. :P I wore gloves at least though.

You should undo the disk bolt before you dismantle the brake carrier, incase its rusted in,

Free tip : in that model of brake caliper you do not need to use grease for these sleevs. Ask the producer :) After you use the grease the caliper wont be back After braking..

Great that you are using gloves as brake dust is not the nicest to get on yourself. I change my gloves before reassembling so not to put the dirt back on what I've just cleaned

man! with those wheels - all that space in between the spokes - I can see why one would want to paint the caliper bracket like you did. you should paint it blue to match the blue in the BMW emblem on the wheel :D
