I ordered my X5 LCI in March for an early July collection. UK. I went with Brooklyn Grey as I had Carbon then Sapphire black before and wanted something different. To be Brooklyn is a more ‘ youthful’ colour compared to Skyscraper

@@M3rewards Yes, it was between Brooklyn Grey and Skyscraper. After seeing both in person I went with Skyscraper. Brooklyn has a chalk like color to it. Too much of a blue at times. I feel the Skyscraper will shine more after a good wash and more of a luxurious color. Brooklyn is a sportier color. If Skyscraper was not an option I would have went with Brooklyn.

I would take Skyscraper Grey over boring Brooklyn Grey 100 out of 100 times. Skyscraper Grey wasn't available on my '22 M40i so I settled for Dark Graphite. Brooklyn Grey looks like battleship grey to me. I find it hard to believe people who have it claiming they are constantly getting compliments on it. By who? Navy veterans?

Thanks for sharing, dark graphite is also a great look. Our X5 is Brooklyn Grey and while I get your Navy reference, we dig it, some days it’s lighter than others. Did you lease your M40i? Please subscribe, btw.

Thank you! I’m trying to decide between these two colors for a 2025 M3 with the Fjord Blue interior and couldn’t decide. The fact you said the Brooklyn is kind of flat decided it for me. I have a Quantum Grey SQ 5 and though it’s a great color, not a huge fan because there is non Metallic. I think I’m going with the Skyscraper.

Is Skyscraper “silver”??? Because it looks silver in pictures/videos- I’ve never seen it IRL. Or would you say it’s definitely grey? 😂 (Yes I’m one of those ppl agonizing over color lol)

@@M3rewards Sometimes I’m all in for Black Sapphire and sometimes I want ANYTHING but black. I think it looks great in Black with the black M trim. But black feels so “safe” and boring. And it’s so hard to keep it clean. And you don’t get any contrast with the black grill and other elements. And I’m supposed to order this car this week. Will probably go with Black 😂😂😂

@@CatchmasterBDS, trust me, I’ve been there. At the end of the day, you can always wrap it, or change colors on your next one. We went with Brooklyn Grey on our X5 and I couldn’t be happier, so much less maintenance than Black and something different, also less hot in the summer south. That's definitely Brooklyn Grey....
