Replacing the Thermostat on a 2005 BMW E46 330ci ZHP with the M54 engine. Your check engine light will usually come on indicating a T-stat failure, follow along to learn some tricks of the trade on how to easily replace your thermostat and bleed all the air out. We also had a leaky upper radiator hose so we change that out too. This procedure applies to 2000 2001 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 E46 3 series coupe, sedan or convertible 325i, 325xi, 325ti, 325Ci, 330i, 330xi, 330Ci.
