BMW E46 custom Intake muffler for M50 manifold the “Triangle” has been DEFEATED

For years e46 owners with large headlight ballast missed out but no more.
A few pieces of pipe some fibreglass mesh with silicone later laminated with metal bam.
Cold air intake or muffler should I say by the look of it.
