heads up on the drain plugs. you should replace them every time you remove them.(wasn’t clear if you were replacing them or just reinstalling the old ones) they have integrated seals that “crush” instead of separate crush washers.

Awesome video, do you know if the SMG transmission has to be bled regarding it is the same as the manual version. Or is the SMG different since it has the SMG pump with other fluid.

SMG and Manual transmissions are exactly the same, but the bell housing is different (along with the SMG components). I believe you have to bled/flush the SMG fluid at a BMW shop with special equipment.
