My BMW E46 is a 2001 330ci the oil drain plug is a 17mm not 13 mm as described on the video. So save yourself a trip back and forth to the tool box and perhaps take both . The car has only been serviced at BMW dealers or by myself doing just a few oil changes . So I don’t think it was ever changed out .?

Great video, exactly what I needed. One tip,when using a torque wrench, just go until you hear one click, then stop. If you do more clicks you are overtightening.

whats the screw for the drain cover undertray part? Mine fell off while driving so I have no idea what screw was there
@HelpMeDIY22 күн бұрын
+@eakmadashma not sure. I’d just call a dealer parts department and have them find it for you

For cars that you don't drive as many miles, is there a set amount of time you change the oil at regardless of mileage?
@HelpMeDIY3 ай бұрын
+@Cuse330Ci most people recommend one year. I recommend driving then more 😂

@HelpMeDIY Жыл бұрын
Usually but mine was a 13mm, unless I just said it incorrectly on accident 🤷♂️
