Mine goes off and on with bumps. There is also a parasitic drain on the radio fuse circuit. Ideas?

Hi my dad's mini is having similar problem .. right sided buttons working but left not. However car will connect to Bluetooth for calls only and volume knob works for this ??? Can you advise on price please and whether it is indeed the button matrix on left hand side even though the volume works with Bluetooth. Many thanks.
