I just got back into martial arts after a 30 year hiatus... classes finish on Friday for two weeks so I plan to practice some staff work over the break! I only have an old curtain pole to use but that won't stop me! looking forward to following some of your videos 😊

Missed the live stream again lol! Ironically enough though I was busy oiling up my sticks ! Any way more horror stories going on around here ,stealing anything not bolted down and even stealing dogs right in front of the owner! Gonna keep practising every day . my weapon of choice is the 36" ,1.25" rod but I'm gonna try making another ,beech wood , 48", by 1/18" I'm taking this very seriously.
