Hey Jason and Alyissa. Thank you for mentioning the "GoPort" option, which includes your Hotel and transportation combined for a really great value package! I used it and was extremely happy. Most of the people fly into Orlando Airport and stay in the nearby area. Hotel accommodations are varied and offers value hotels or the more expensive 5-Star properties. 👍😎

Congratulations on your weight loss journey Alyissa. Hint- you can order travel size packets of salad dressing from Waldon Farms. They contain no sugar, or carbs. I always travel with them for lower calorie count on salads

If you were there on July 31st then we were leaving on the Harmony of the Seas celebrating our granddaughter HS graduation and start to college (when we get home). We used to camp as teenagers at Jetty Park. Tried to find out how to get back in and things have changed so much we never found it. :(

Port Canaveral is our 'go to' port. There are hotels in Cocoa Beach that offer stay, park and shuttle to and from your terminal. Wife's brother used to live 15 mins from the port. Have parked there and he would run us up to the port. We've also just parked at the terminal. Done it many ways. We've done the ship departure watching from Jetti Park. The Disney ships would play their unique horns as they passed Jetti Park.

We cruise mainly out of Port Canaveral and have never used GoPort, we've always used Park n Cruise. We'll need to check GoPort out. You'll enjoy the Promenade staterooms. We used to get them when we cruised with family. We would get the ones directly across from the Cafe Promenade and could look down at any time to see if anyone was there. Also, a nice place to people watch if you have a few minutes before dinner.

We stayed in a promenade cabin on Mariner of the Seas back in 2012. We really enjoyed it. It’s a great value and a bridge value between an interior cabin and a balcony cabin. One tip- try and book one that’s on deck 7 or 8. Deck 6 cabins can get noisy and people from the promenade have a pretty unobstructed view into your cabin if you have your curtains open.

Thank you SO much!!! You are literally the first cruise vloggers that have offered up information about a good place to stay, along with transportation to and from the cruise ports! We are avid cruisers, and this is one of the things that we are always looking for, but it always seems as though vloggers are withholding information about where to stay before and after a cruise for some reason, whether driving or flying - what's up with that! You don't know how appreciated this is for us! We will be flying into Orlando at the end of this month and sailing out of Port Canaveral, so this is super valuable information to us. I do understand that some vloggers don't want to provide referrals for hotels that aren't the greatest, but it is really appreciated when we receive helpful information after all, I thought this is why most vloggers have a channel - to inform!!! Thanks again!!!!

you know for months i have been hinting about low carb so im glad to see you all trying it, and dont forget, you all are dissing the fat but butter, fat, eggs, meat, its all good for you. its the carbs that go straight to fat, but animal fats and butters, that doesnt go to fat. i learned a LOT about this over the lasts few months. so, dont cut the fat… the natural fats that is, as its great for the brain, nerves and other things. do not go fat free. and its satiating. ;-)

me again… soo, again, its sugar and carbs that get ya, even in fruit. so, i pull off the bread or just eat 1/2 of the bread, pulling the top off, and skip the fruit. i hope you can take a look at how cutting carbs (pasta, bread, fruit, sugar) will really help. i didnt know this until about 6 months ago and got off of my meds, stopped gaining weight, i feel soooo much better. i hope my dumb replies will help you to learn a bit more about carbs and sugar and how bad it is on us. i had no idea. love you guys!

Do as Europeans do with their salads (they do Not have salad dressing like Americans). Put olive oil, then Balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper on it. P S. Good choice on your alternate hairdo🙂

If you like mustard, you can also try that on your salad. You wouldn't put as much mustard as you would do with regular salad dressing, but a bit of it can bring a lot of flavor to your salad.

Your going to love the Independence of the Seas. We went September 2021, Adventure of the Seas March 2022 and going on Radiance of the Seas in March 2023. You know you can get Tea, and Water, or juice from the Windjammer with your classic cup. We did it the past 2 cruises. Made it worth buying the soda package.

When we sailed out of Port Canaveral in February, it cost around $50 to uber from MCO to our Cocoa Beach Hotel. We tried to get an uber from the port to our Orlando hotel and they wanted to charge us almost $500!!!! I nearly passed out! Luckily, there was a shuttle at the port that was $30 each. We shuttled to MCO and took and uber to our hotel.

There’s over 1000 cctv cameras on that ship which record 24x7 and they can be reviewed onboard or remotely from Miami (I helped debug the initial system on Freedom). They should have been able to tell you what happened to your GoPro.

Definitely good pro tip. Our cruise in May on the Breakway had everything printed out in our hands. Covid test results, vax card, passports, boarding pass. We skated through in like 30 seconds. It was waiting in line for folks to fumble with their phones that was the hold up for that line

Thanks for hotel recommendation. Probably stay in Orlando area for 2 nights then Port Canaveral for night before cruise (Wonder Of The Seas) in April 2024. There's an amazing vocal group that lives in Orlando are great guys. They are called VoicePlay. You Guys might like them. Back in April they covered acapella style Aerosmith's "Dream On".
