This is so true.. I am a wheelchair user, and been using a wheelchair for over 25 years.. and my posture of course over, has mad me slouch some.. what are some good ideas for me to do. I will try to incorporate some of the ones you showed on here, except f course the standing one,, then i really have a problem.. LOL. I appreciate you guys so much.. I am in therapy in for a SLAP tear. And trust me to learn new ideas and use them through out the day has helped me. So that is what I was asking are there any good ones for me to try to get my posture better for sitting so long, which I am not able to stand. I do try ROM for my legs and all, but of course over time they get tight.

What are recommended exercises to build muscle in thighs? I have difficulty walking up stairs. And recommended exercises to build lower arm muscles?

As someone who has already done damage to my lower back especially and has "spodo" at L4-5 and degenerative arthritis in the lumbar spine, these are good to see. Now to DO THEM consistently, daily! ANY options on the last one if I do not have a chair like that, from a seated position? I have seen the leg off the table and on the floor lunge hip flexor exercises. Thanks.

I was hoping these would be good for my husband who drives truck over the road. But I don’t think they would be a good idea to do while driving 😂 Are there any exercises he can do while driving ?

Any recommendations for a TALL office chair? There’s plenty of big and tall chairs out there, but they seem to be much more big than tall. I’m 6’5”, and in my current office chair I have to sit on pillows to have the proper height-but now I don’t touch the armrests!
@jodyljohnson85156 жыл бұрын
Short ppl like me have problems too... my feet barely touches the floor (just my toes do) and I don't find many chairs that are comfortable with my height 5' if if I'm lucky... it's frustrating 😑

To, The most famous physiotherapists in the world. I feel a shocking sensation right on my thumb tendon everytime I straighten my arm after playing guitar. This happens on my right hand (the picking hand) not the fretting hand. I have tried to vary the pressure that my thumb puts on the pick. I have started to hold the pick very lighty but still I feel very light shock. I still haven't been able to get rid of it. Why is this happening? What is the problem?? Any valuable input from your end will be appreciated. Thanks in anticipation.

Hi there. Maybe you smart men can help us in some way. My boyfriend is 24 years old and works as a forex trader so he always sit but he mustn't sit up straight because his tail bone sticks right into chairs. He must sit slanted back off the tail bone. At the end of his tail bone it is like a rod going straight down as if his spine wants to keep growing. Almost like he has too much spine. His tail bone becomes so sore and sitting up is painful because it's like a rod digging into the chair. He is 5'11 and very broad shoulders but small torso and now he hunches over because he seems to have to roll his back into a C so his tail bone isn't digging into his seat. I am very sorry for my ongoing but where we live we don't have very great care teams so we learn from you a lot. I was thinking he should been seen by a chiropractor? but I know nothing compared to you guys. Thank you for you time. You are truly wonderful men because you teach us with honesty and care. :)
