I have been a certified ISSA trainer since 50 years and 27 years later doing suspension trainer exercises for the first time. WOW! What a workout! I actually started off on Level 1 from the door. I can imagine how much difficult it gets as I move the levels!

I hope this system helps me build my upper body strength. This quarantine life is making me physically weak. I’m looking forward to the leg exercise video.

Im 59 and do the push ups, floor level...i was benching 250 lbs 11 times at ,49 215lb bodyweight....lifted weights for over 38 years and now it's jogging and suspension workouts need to start doing kettlebell snatches again as i notice doing a light kettlebell it hurt do need to work my way back to doing heavy snatches...but the suspension straps no matter which set you have some are better than others, will give you all you need for any level...

Should try experimenting with amount of separation & height of anchor points? And under a door pull up bar without limiting by a wall! Pass the word!

Hi fellas, I first started watching you guys when I was researching shoulder pain and your videos were helpful. I have a question. Are you familiar with Crossover Symmetry, and do you recommend it?

Can you tell us how you get the wall mounts? Flige has no mention of that on their website and all images hide the mounting mechanisms. No response from their chat page other than a link that says the door mount could damage interior doors. I don’t have an industrial metal door at home, and see you have mounts in the video - so hoping you can help source those.

We use our Wall Anchors. They must be screwed into wood studs which most homes in the US have. Go to Bobandbrad.com website and see our products. You can get a set of 4 Anchors complete with screws and instructions for the same price you get 3 on Amazon.

the main problem I see with these is it's hard to know exactly how much you are loading your muscles, so from day to day its hard to know if you are improving or you just put your feet in a lazy place. I think to really get the most out of them you need to set them up in a fixed space with floor markings

Yours is good however be careful in saying yours is the best as the ones I make are just as good with similar power packed ingredients. You guys from the US often say yours is the best however we in Australia do okey dokey as well however avoid big noting - walk the talk. Also especially here in Queensland Australia we are pretty clear of all the extra Covid BS & hype. Cheers Grant a Body toned & shredded 68year youngster
