I have been dealing with a pinched nerve with severe shoulder discomfort/pain for a little over a year. I went to 2 different chiropractors which helped relieve the symptoms but i was always still in discomfort. Out of being desperate for something to work one night about 3 weeks as I could not sleep because of the pain, I came across this video. I now have ZERO pain or discomfort after doing the exercise (3 times a day)they demonstrate sitting down with the pole (I use a painters stick).

I feel she actually made things worse. Thank goodness I don't have to deal with her anymore. I discovered this video over a week late after suffering the left shoulder and tricep pain, and it was likely due to a pinched nerve. The pain was debilitating. After watching this video, I did a few reps of neck stretching using the towel and neck bending toward the side of the pain exercises while enduring the pain for about two hours or so in the evening, I noticed improvements in the pain on the upper arm and shoulder the next day, though I am still feeling minor tingling in the elbow area, and the pain is now localized to the upper back-shoulder blade area. Thank you for sharing the exercises!
