Bobby vee has such a special talent. Though he was well known during his time, he definitely doesn’t get enough recognition now a days.. I wish more people still listened to music like this!

I'm 89 now but I remember him singing run to him and at the time I was going with somebody named Ron and he used to say Ron to me as a joke and I still like that song and think of that guy . This many years later and I have the Alexa play that almost every day.❤

There was actually a movie called “The Night Has A Thousand Eyes” but it came out over a decade before the song. There was also a book. Neither is about having your girlfriend spied upon to see if she’s been cheating. It’s just a great title.

Random Memory: - I went to a Baptist Church and the YPF (Young Peoples's Fellowship) all went to one person's home to watch a TV pop music show, probably/possibly after evening service. I still remember seeing this that night. I would have been in my early teens, and was out of my depth with the older kids, especially the girls!

When I was a kid I listen to wcbs-fm in New York and my dad gave me a radio, AM radio we had in our rooms and we would hear these songs oh, and we fell in love with it we didn't know anything bad was going on, we just enjoyed the music, we are so blessed
