You and Teresa are both my best teachers. You pause after each step and show the work, then you start the next step and then pause to show the result. You both are the best teachers. I am going to make this triangular shawl for the coming autumn in CANADA.

Thanks for this! I'm doing more of a swatch for a budget for baby program where I volunteer. So I'm doing a triangle to make it look like a blanket hanging out of a buggy. Very quick and easy!

Thanx for this video... have wanted to do a bottom up triangular shawl but since my mom passed was unable to figure out on my own how to do so... this makes creating shawls for varied sized friends so much easier than starting at the wide end!!!! Again thanx!

@supermelodia I have not dont a 'typical' increase but as you make eah row it creates a EXTRA space for the next row to be crochetd into so it creats a extra space on each row therefor increases it as you go ...hope that make sence

@korannesam Hi, You could but the chains in between but it may cause it to flare out and may look funny, If you are a light crocheter you can try using the chains, I am a loose crocheter so i dont use them :) Thanks for your question and Happy Crochet !

Hello :) I was looking for an easy way to do a triangle shaped shawl with some yarn I had for over a year now. The yarn varies in size (fitting a 4mm at the smallest and a 10 mm hook at the widest spot) and your simple design works perfectly, looks great and it's fun to do. ANd the instructions were easy to follow :) So a big thank you from Germany :)

Originally I wanted to knit a sweater but it is a bit of a big task for me as I only started knitting two winters ago and I don't do it very often so I was delighted when I found your tutorial. Thank you very much and I will post the finish product when I am done. Warm regards from B.C. Canada.
