If I wanted to do this in a single color, how many yards I might need? Also can I do it in super bulky yarn with a different hook? I want to make one so bad! Maybe after all my other projects!
@CrochetwithClare10 жыл бұрын
Yes you can do this in any yarn and hook that you like. I'm not sure how much yarn you will need because that will depend on your gauge and how many rows you do as well.

G'day RuthAnn Klos thank you for your comment. To tell you the truth I can not remember that far back. I would say it is to make sure the border fits in correctly. You can try it with an even amount, but not sure if it will work

I'm finally trying this out but instead of the super saver yarn, I'm using the Lion Brand super bulky yarn and it looks so cool! I'm thinking about also adding a hood once it's complete at the center of the top. So when it's worn the second way you had it arranged on your mani it'll have a hood. Thank you again for your amazing tutorials!

how much yarn does it use if I wanted it all in one color? ounces/grams?

Hello about 37 oz of yarn I used 6 colours and they were all about 5 ouces of each then I used just under 7 oz of the yellow for the border, I am a loose crocheter so you may use less if you crochet a little tight, hope this helps you

I started making this shawl by the written directions and now I thought I would check out the tutorial and I noticed that I am going into the wrong hole after chaining 3 and turning. I am going into the hole right next to the chain 3. Is that going to make a difference in the shawl? I hope not because I 4 sets of colors done already. Thank you.

Hi, I'm half way through the project. Thank you so much for creating this. It's really easy to follow. Would like to ask, after i finished switching with all the colours and would like to go back to my very first colour and I realized that it's still attached to the ball of yarn, do I snapped it away so that i could connect the first colour again?

Hello my crochet Buddy,,, I love everything that you crochet and you are a marvellous teacher. I live in the United States and I am so thankful when I learned to use my IPad that I stumbled on to your site. I am 65 years old and I learned to crochet a chain at my Grandma's knee. And it was with the smallest hook known to man kind and thread no thicker than a hair. Well I know you are busy and I just wanted to thank you for all your help. Your Buddy Squeek. Real name Pamela Barrett God bless and keep you and your love ones safe.

Thanks for this easy video. I have a few questions. First is this made of 2 piece same thing or just one piece? Also how did you connect it to make it closed? And if we want to leave it open on the front how do we do that?
@CrochetwithClare11 жыл бұрын
This is just all one piece. It is a large triange. It is not closed or joined at all. It is just tucked under at the back to hold it on like that.
