I've actually been between getting some vivo barefoot or vessi's (obviously two totally different type of shoes), but my socks getting soaking wet today as I was cleaning solar panels on a roof and then watching this video cinched the deal. I decided on the Stormburst hightops. 👍 You'll be happy to know that the Vessi website has a survey asking why you purchased (where you heard of them, etc.) and even asks which KZbin content creator motivated the purchase. So, hopefully that benefits you some. I loved the video, but then again I love MVP discs (especially the Crave) and glow rounds as well. So, this was a win-win for me and a big win for you.

Oooh Loomiller! I love this course. When I visit my aunt and uncle this is the course I play. Lots of fun. MVPs Circuit and Space Race events are so worth it. You get some great exclusive discs for the price. A lot I like better than stock releases that come later.

lol played my last two holes in the dark and I swear I didn’t hit any trees follow what I thought my path of flight and found my disc where I supposed to be at , but with sun light I’m hitting a tree .

Actual big props for going into Vessi's other products. I've always seen the first two shoes you showed and was never interested in the style. Now I have some pokin' around to do 👍 I'm sure it's course dependent but I always assumed glow rounds were much darker.

Definitely more glow rounds specially with day light savings brings earlier rounds. I know how tough it is getting a round inn being a dad. I'm a father of 4. Lucky if I a at least a round a week.

If Vessi made wide toe-box and or barefoot i would actually love top check them out. But as is, without the wide toe-box they don't fit for me. But as for the video and the round itself. that looked like a lot of fun. I enjoy glow rounds and while I'm no where near competitive with that crowd my best score at my local course was with a round that became a glow round halfway through. I think when i couldn't see the basket and the trees i needed to just trust the throw more and get out of my own head. That said if it's not a familiar course judging distances can get very difficult and sometimes trippy.

I love the idea of Vessi’s. Waterproof knit. But I’ve been wearing zero drop shoes for 4 years now and I just can’t wear anything with that much of a stack height in the heel.

I was the same, took a bit of getting used to but my trainer actually liked the heel for me personally to help my hip rotation issues a bit. It's also why I like playing in the classics because they're basically 0 drops, I'll prob rotate through them, but 100% understand

The Space Race format in my area is an ace race for points. You get the 2 discs, modified shorter holes. 1 point for metal, 3 for chains and 5 for an ace. Most points wins.

I just got that same hex last week and it’s my straight forehand to disc too so shallow and nice. An old stock neutron hex kicked out a 2020 Pierce Buzzz that I thought was invisible. Looking forward to trying discmania drop hoping it can kick out zone and ultra to have less molds since it’s faster.

Can you do a review of the 2024 Jeremy Koling Halo Boss, testing it against a 2022? Would love to know if it will be as good as the sought-after 2022 one. I know several pros love the 22, KJ asked for a stack of them in his first Innova In the Bag. I have both but can't throw them until my shoulder heals :/
