I want to welcome everyone to Day 1 of my 30 Day Qigong Challenge. We will begin our healing adventure with a week of Qigong programs focused on movements that promote flexibility. For our first program we will be focusing on Qigong for Neck Flexibility. Always consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program.
Over the next 30 days I will be teaching you how to build your very own tailored program that you can apply to any physical, mental or emotional issue you may be experiencing.

Day 1 done! These stretches are so gentle and effective, my muscles enjoyed them. Glad I did it, Bodhi you make it easy with these short videos that I can squeeze in my morning routine. I am a full time carer and need to look after myself too 🤗

I just started Day 1 today. Also doing your Qigong for weightloss workout. Should I alternate the two or do you suggest to combine both?

All Qigong is good. That is the great part about it. It's not which one you do, its just that you do it.

Hi. Do you have qigong for nerve pain? I have nerve pain from the thoracic spine all the way down to my left elbow.

Slight bend, pelvis gently tucked under and lift from the crown of the head.

My neck feels much looser. But why weren’t you mirroring? I mirrored you but now I wonder if starting on the left side is significant or not? Also why feet together? It was quite challenging to stand like that for some time. Could the whole thing have been done seated. And why 10 breathes? You were counting quite fast and I was always a bit behind. A friend and I are doing this challenge so will be interested to see how we progress over the next 30 days.

Happy new year. So, never worry about starting on left or right. If mirroring my movements is easier by all means do it. Yes, if standing is too challenging and your are more comfortable to sit, you can. I used the 10 breath breathing pattern with these movements as they are taken from my Zen Stretch moving meditation program that i've taught for many years. So glad to have your as a part of my challenge. Enjoy!
