Also, lot of people are having heart burn and acididy issue , it started after covid. Could you please quick 10 to 12 min morning exercise to reduce this

Good morning!..hope all is well!. I have heard that sleeping on floor is best. Sleeping on mattress( indian cotton) as thin as yoga mat is okay for posture and if you recommend using pillows. Should kids sleep using pillows or is it recommended sleeping with head on straight aligned with body?
