Hey yogis, this short but effective class squeezes a little bit of everything in it! We'll begin reclined by stretching our hip flexors and then strengthening the legs and glutes with bridge pose. We'll then move on to some sun salutations and twists before winding back down again.
Definitely have a block for this one! I hope you enjoy this 10 minute full body morning yoga class.

My knee has been quite sore for a couple of weeks and I have been doing your knee stretch and knee strengthen routines, both of which have been a tremendous help. This was just like an expansion of those poses, and absolutely made to order. Thanks for looking out for the knee-challenged who also wake up early!

Just had to say that these 10 minute morning practices are absolutely perfect! I always have 10 minutes to do these practices and then i also get 15 minutes to sit and meditate, starts my day off SO well! Thanks so much for them, please keep them coming! BTW also love all of your Yin plus Yin to Vin classes, you are a fantastic teacher X

10/9/24 I have been working my way through the 10-minute playlist since August, and now I am almost at the end of the playlist. I focused on the single practices and next month, I plan to follow the 30 Flexible Mind Flexible Body Playlist. I may have missed a few, but I am proud of my daily yoga practice. This flow includes a supported bridge (which feels so good), a few sun salutations, and revolved triangle.
