Follow me on my journey and incorporating Pilates into my routine. I’m gonna start with once a week since that’s all I really have time for. Im expecting my muscles to become elongated and my core to become as dense as a diamond

Pilates made me more sore than ive ever been last time i tried it. I firmly believe a day of this in your routine bi-weekly or monthly would make you much more well-rounded than just weight-lifting

*No jokes, I genuinely believe reformer pilates to be the most alpha chad form of resistance training. I'm not saying it should replace your lifting, but if you want to truly ascend into the realm of the Gods, you should be doing it at least once a week. Extremely difficult and humbling*
