💉💉💉💉💉 some of them help but apparently it's still a challenge to eat as much as required. I'm on 200 test and 200 primo with Var preworkout. Gonna do some Deca or NPP after the primo see how that effects my appetite.

A big part of appetite for many is food sensitivities and digestibility. Some foods digest slower than others so figuring out which ones do and moving them to later parts of the day can really help with this. Everyone is different so they will react their own way .

Drinking from the blender, you can't say that this isn't godmode bro level. I am not advertising, when I was training for strength and was trying to achieve a Strongfirst protocol, Simple and Sinister for those that are familiar with it; I've managed to achieve the Simple, a product I used before and after was Animal's Juiced Aminos. I used to go heavy on caffeine because of my night owl depressed gaming situation my life was back in the days and at that time 4 years ago I was at the point when I decided to limit my caffeine intake, later on due to piles surgery I did quit stone cold, a can of zero sugar coke once in a while is a joke, now I won't go above 400mg daily. I miss strength and resistance training, I do cardioonce I get my car back I am willing to get in the gym and get a trainer to help me. I don't say it as an excuse, in fact there aren't gyms close to where I live, and I was getting exhausted walking on foot to the swimming center and then having to return on foot or having to wait for the bus etc. Anyways, this dude is so massive and high, it makes sense to me why he goes so crazy in the off season with sauces etc. I guess, you aren't a bodybuilder in heart if the house isn't full of sauces and supplements ha-ha. Thanks for the video. P.S. Sorry for the story of my life. :)

That is true! And regarding your fitness goals- you have to find what makes sense for you and your current lifestyle. That commute sounds challenging, maybe if you have the space consider investing in a pull up/dip bar and even a pair of interchangeable dumbbells to slowly get yourself back at it at home. Never tired Juiced aminos, but am pretty stuck at 400 mg myself (200 AM , 200 Afternoon) I don' think that is overkill but I'd like to function with a bit less than I require now lol

@@muscleandstrength And that's why I wish to invest in a trainer, I've never truly been into gym machines and my absence from this sort of exercise has been long and I don't wish to risk ovettraining and injuries. Cheers. As for your intake, it sounds reasonable, I also find myself early afternoon having a zero sugar energy drink sometimes if I need more than my morning cup of no sugar coffee.

Well for one he's a really tall guy with a very fast metabolism. He also has a very active job as a coach/trainer so his MBR is probably through the roof!

Like after a morning workout, on the way to work or at the office? Best I can come up with is: protein powder (Isopure, Transparent Labs), protein bars (Quest, Perfect Keto) or sardines in olive oil (Wild Planet). I am leaning toward the sardines, TL powder or PK bars to focus more on “all natural.” BTW, very good channel. 👍
