You guys should also include the time of day and night of each meal and workout of each athlete at the times they are eating & working out. Time management is also VERY IMPORTANT when planning meals and workouts. Matsuri Okabe usually did this when making the "Battle of The Olympia" & bodybuilding documentaries for each bodybuilder. Just add the timestamp next to each meal in the subtitles when you show the total protein, carbs, fats, & calories.

It's crazy that his meals aren't outrageously huge. If a regular person cut out two of them, they'd be eating 1900 - 2000 Calories in a high protein diet. Which is pretty great, honestly. And none of his meals are overly complicated either. I think the average person should have a bit more fat in their diet, but I think most people would be served well eating like Chris, with less overall Calories though since the average Joe isn't a jacked beast

Once I hear, "I never cook for the taste, I just eat to get the job done", I immediately reject there diet advice. There's ABSOLUTELY NO REASON, to eat large volumes of BLAND FOOD. Fresh herbs, cilantro, garlic, pink salt, Olive oil, crushed peppers all have nutritional benefits, and bring any protein or carb to LIFE. These dudes that FORCE THEMSELVES to eat BLAND FOOD literally don't deserve to give any diet advice. There getting juiced up anyway.

he eats similar to my diet, all clean. Difference is I use Tapatio or Cholula for sauce. And sometimes I consume less than 15g fat per day. I know most of u are brainwashed by internet, thinking fat intakes needs to follow macro. I don't. For me my body perfectly works without it and feels less "greezy". Even my sweat feels less sticky on the days I take near zero fats. I do increase fat intakes for work-out day and few days after, and won't need it until probably 2 weeks or month later. You may wonder how I can cook meats with no fats, trick is either steam it or use non-stick pan. I rarely use any oils. I also eat sufficient amount of veges as it is related to health benefit. Kimchi provides natural probiotic and good amount of fibers for example. Sometimes I do drink oatmeal milk, that my increase fat intake but it feels extremely healthy anyhow. Fyi, worked out over 20+ yrs.
