This is great. Very similar to my back workout routine. The reverse grip pull down and reverse grip barbell row in particular work the lower portion of my lats most effectively

Watched the video this morning and just finished this workout. Took me about 1 hour and 25 minutes, 1 min rest between sets and 5 min between exercises. I'll let you guys know how I feel tomorrow. Edit: Yep, back feeling nice and sore

Dont talk bullshit you muppet. Thats 38 minutes of rest between sets and 45 minutes between exercises. Total of 1 hour 23 minutes of rest so you worked out for 2 minutes?

I'm advance level came a long way and he's workouts always makes me feel challenged took me 2 hours total , and loved it .Thank God I strategize my fuel ⛽️ to be able to do this because if not you won't last.

Just reduce the sets when starting. I cut most of the sets in half (still did the drop sets) 2 weeks later, I raised the weight a little and did a few more sets, (probably 60% of the total workout) It will probably take me 3 or 4 months to get to every set and every rep of the total workout, but I love the challenge. Also, IMO, the first lift, pull downs with a drop set, is a very effective way to start a back workout...talk about putting in work, love it.

Using a belt for a lower back workout is the most bodybuilder thing I've seen. Training like an athlete is so much better!

For the people saying he is a professional you are not so don't do this, DO LIGHTER WEIGHTS! Work your way up don't be the idiot struggling with high weight and poor form cause of your ego. This is a great workout and I highly recommend it even at the lightest of weights!

Did this workout in an hour and half, probably one of the most difficult videos I’ve done before. 38 sets was super painful but I managed to do it. Word of advice the underhand lat pull downs will destroy your wrist so be sure to wear wrist straps!!!

Well aside from the fact that this is an insane volume, still good excercises and great demonstrations. I can easily switch up the routine now, so that's good. But i don't think even a trained bodybuilder who is natural can do this.

Arnold would be ashamed with some of these comments. Do everything you can work out until you can’t anymore. I’m a natural lifter who’s starting up again. I know that this workout will suck but, it will yield amazing results. Don’t put limits on your body give it a try. I’ll give an update after I do this and biceps.
