Ok look, I'm not an Arnold fan, for a number of reasons, but that means little. This man could walk naked on the moon if you presented it to him as a challenge. There is something about Arnold that I can't get enough of. It's his die hard, achieve anything type of mindset. I'm not sure who reads these comments but for what it's worth; Arnold is the Greatest. Of all time. All I know is that listening to this man makes me want to try harder, push harder, and make no excuses. This is the fundamental thing about Arnold and his training: Be better that you were yesterday because you worked hard for it. Everything else can be left to laziness. Period. #Damnexcuses.

One thing I always appreciated about Arnie is that he wasn't afraid to have an uncomfortable expression on his face while he's lifting. Whenever I lift a heavy weight I get this dumb, stretched look on my face. So many people at the gym want to look good and sexy while they lift, at the expense of a strenuous workout. Arnold didn't care. He was all about the weights.

They should teach this in Schools. Not because everyone should be a body builder or weight lifter. Because any goal or achievement are possible with the right mindset & focus. It shows just what a dedicated human being can achieve. I also believe that going to the gym just as a novice weight lifter like myself improves everything in life from your ability to think more clearly to physically ability at work & general fitness.

Arnold made me train harder today. Everything he says make sense.
@samzheng58034 жыл бұрын
Interesting thing to note is Arnold says he didn’t want to focus on size. He felt he hand enough size. Now he wanted to focus on sculpting his own body, building definition into his own body to make it more visually appealing. His goal was to look good, which is why he looks good. Now I don’t have anything against modern bodybuilders - they work hard for what they have. However, their goal is different to Arnold’s generation. They work for size, not shape. Which is why many people perceive their bodies to be less aesthetic than the olden days. But in the end, they all deserve respect. They work so hard for what they do, and we are just sitting at home eating junk food talking about unsightly modern bodybuilders are.

@zamanx48 жыл бұрын
Nope! You have to think hard, and also read up bulk and cut cycles, that may help for bodybuilding that is.
@realism41836 жыл бұрын
You're delusional. There is no such thing as the law of attraction. It's as simple as this: If you obsess over something, you're obviously gonna put in more effort, and thus the probability of success will increase. However, thinking about it won't guarantee success by any meansl; that's the fallacy you make. You can crave something as much as you like, but that does not mean you will get it. Though success is dependant upon your effort, it is also dependant on external factors which are not in your control. In bodybybuilding you have to have the right genetics. Now tell me how "the law of attraction" solves that. One would have to believe that thought alters DNA for it to be true. With that being said, stop lying to people; tell the truth because it is much more conducive to success.

Arnold is an artist, the way he looks at his profession is someone with pure passion for what they’re doing. Imagine if we all applied this philosophy to our lives!

Hands down the greatest bodybuilder that ever walked the face of this earth! Yes I know he used a few anabolics here & there but his physique looks way more natural than the guys of today! His aesthetics are unmatched💪💪

Arnold always has had the "space marine" figure that sci-fi film makers and fans have always wanted to champion and idolize. He is the role model that I hope to aspire to come one iota of coming closer to being alike.
