Күн бұрын

Bodybuilder Rich Piana overdosed at his Florida home on 10 August 2017. He was rushed to the hospital and placed in a medically induced coma. Police found 20 bottles of steroids (testosterone) and crushed white powder in his home after he collapsed in his bathroom. His girlfriend, Chanel Jansen, tried to catch him before he fell, but was unsuccessful due to his extremely large physique.
According to mainstream sources, Rich Piana used the injection of
polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), better known as organic glass. PMMA is very risky to apply without a doctor's advice. This drug is credited with unnatural athlete biceps.
Rich Piana passed away on 25 August 2017 at the age of 45. R.I.P.

Dude told everyone how it's was! Told you the risks of juice and the affects on not just your body but the people you will enevitably leave behind. He didn't hide anything. And unfortunately paid the ultimate sacrifice. Under all the muscle he still had a good heart. I hope he's resting easy now. RIP Rich! 💪❤️

Three years ago I was an overweight kid who wanted to change. I started working out and looked to rich for inspiration and motivation. He died soon after I’ve started. I just want him to know I’ve lost 30 pounds and got myself a six pack, and that I come back to this video every now and then to keep motivating myself.

Rich was a really nice guy. He didn't do it for the girls or the money. It was his obsession, his life. In the end, he took it too far and it killed him. But he had his heart in the right place

He did not. He was a shallow empty image obsessed boring person. All image - no substance . He fit in well only among the shallow and empty. Not even trying to insult him, he was just a weird freak image and nothing real there. Nothing at all. That IS why he died overdosing . He felt inadequate.

Listen to me America. I'm not a preacher I'm not anybody important. I am old school bodybuilding steroids have been around a very long time even when I started training back in the 70s. I urgently advice for those bodybuilders who want that edge Of being big and large and noticed. I urge you please do not attempt steroid use please it's not worth it. You can develop and amazing physique and Strength by going natural you will feel better trust me it's a better way. You are supposed to use your body as an example of health and fitness not a walk in chemical plant. I will always love bodybuilding it's an amazing and wonderful place to be. I respect all bodybuilders I ask you my brothers and sisters please do not consider steroids it's not the answer it truly is a death sentence. Think about it for a moment please........... Between steroids and red meat what are The chances of having a heart attack nearly 100% although I could be genetic too. Please please. Please do not take steroids love yourself love each other set a good example. I love all of you equally God bless be safe my brothers my sisters.

Clean bodybuilding are the elete with great focus and YES you can get an amazing build eating clean training clean and believing in your natural ability. Im actually starting back to the gym today at 49 and staying clean and healthy.

DEFINATELY bcuz of my lifestyle (BB lifestyle) I was lucky not to have a heart attack and die. I've been open and honest with my PCP who looked after me and my CHOICE to use drugs. At a routine check up,he didn't like my EKG and ordered me an ECHO which showed low ejection fracture(sp) damaged valve and an enlarged heart...I'm certainly not preaching, just be careful what u put into ur bodies!!

Things for Rich didn't start going down this path I don't think until 10 years ago, if you see pictures of him before then, he looks quite healthy and (relatively) natural. Fear of ageing maybe, fear of losing mass... some major, big psychological thing was going with Rich. Like you, when I first came across his channel two years ago, my immediate reaction was the same as yours - I couldn't comprehend what I was seeing.

It is in the eye of the beholder. My passions give me balance in life, they do not control me. For me, bodybuilding is how one expresses the desire to live life with the strongest and healthiest body and mind. If you die taking drugs, you have lost the balance and the very purpose of what the sport embodies. But that is just my opinion.

Maribel Nicoletti Oy my god he is so buffed up. Remember you think he is healthy on the outside but inside he is so unhealthy. Taking steroids and working out at the gym you are pressuring your heart to overwork. The limits of your heart you must know. That is why natural training is always great. You know when to stop. I do 5 pull ups and thats it i can't force my self to do more then 6 because i can't pull my self up if i try to do it my heart will blow up. So here you go. Now you know how steroid users die. They overpressuring their hearts without them to notice that they gone beyong their hearts limits in training. They keep lifting , lifting while they are beyong their limits and still lifting no wonder their hearts blows up.

I didn’t know who Rich was until after he passed away - I heard his name on another bodybuilder’s channel and then started watching Rich’s archive of videos - and I was surprised by how moved I felt by his life story and by his death. You can tell he had a big heart and really cared about people. I actually went to visit his grave today - I was there visiting someone else and remembered that Rich is buried at Forest Lawn as well - and it’s shocking how plain and unassuming his headstone is (but at least he has one now - he was resting in an unmarked grave for almost eight months. Horrible). You would’ve thought that his family, friends, and 5% could’ve banded together and created a nicer memorial for him. But the way he lived and inspired other people is what we’ll remember him for, and that’s what counts. RIP, big guy!

+Glarosins.. Yeah but why the F would you want to get that big? Its looks disgusting in my opinion and kinda freaky.. Most women do not like it and it serves no real purpose. Most of these dudes are not even that strong for their body size and are only pumping up their muscles as big as they can.. Large muscles does not always equate to real strength. A natural, lean physique that you train for strength is more appealing to most women and it actually benefits you because you are actually strong and quick and not all bulky, slow, and not even that strong.

+Glarosins.. Probably.. The guy only cared about getting bigger.. Sadly he was really unhealthy inside and this is what caused his early death. The autopsy showed even without an overdose, he had a bad heart and arteries and all types of other issues from abusing his body.

It's sad, but I don't know why some people are surprised he died. He knew the risks, and paid the price. When you choose the vain life to simply look "good" (Imporportionately ugly IMO) and shorten your life by half from using steroids and hormones never meant to be in the body then, it's no wonder people think it's a stupid life choice. I personally think Michael Vasquez looks way better than Rich or any of these crazy bodybuilders. I'm currently 90KG mostly lean, up from 64kg in 2017, and plan to be 100KG by 2020, ripped. All natural, fit, and mostly calisthenics. That's the way to go.

@@omarnabel5397 Cheers bro. The only supplements were Creatine (1TBSP per day) and Bean with Rice protein (2-3 TBSP per day. A complete protein set). I'm 99% sure Creatine is natural? And per week I drank 8 - 10 raw eggs with my protein shakes. My diet mainly consisted of fish, beef, brown rice, carrot/kale juices, spinach, wholegrain kebabs, pizza (Admittedly, but occasionally! 😂) potatoes and fully loaded soups (Veggies, meat, butter,).

stearnsy Doing pretty good mate. Have moved from doing physical work unloading containers to doing IT work in the office. Was a bit of a struggle scaling my meals down for my greatly reduced cardio, and I actually pushed up to 108KG! Some of that is fat obviously, but still in decent shape. Currently 105KG, gonna start Muay Thai once I drop to 100KG. Had to cut down my portion sizes by around 30-40%; 1hr of gym definitely does NOT equate to 8hrs of container unlock haha!

I'm still waiting for someone to make a conspiracy theory about how he got assassinated by the supplement industry for telling the truth about their greedy business. Just imagine how much money these companies lost because Rich Piano told young lifters to eat real food instead of chemicals and powders. I can't possibly imagine any other reason why he would pass away at such a young age when he was living a healthy vegan lifestyle and never used any steroids or any of that crap. I always thought he would live to be at least 180 years old because he was taking such good care of his health. Rip in Protein, Rich Piano goddamnit. Right babe? 5% Dead.

He never refused taking steroids neither promoted any illegal supplements. In matter of fact he was opposed on choosing any supplement even simple protein powder over food. He always supported food over chemicals guys. He did not say he was a better athlete or above any person in general just because he was famous, huge or brave enough to take steroids. He was down to earth, real, humble and a funny guy. In the end of the day he lived as he wanted. "A giant with a babies heart" Rest in peace Rich.
