I'm 52 and treadmills have always scared the piss out of me. I didn't hear about biting on his head. This morning is actually the first I've heard of this little guy, I'm still seething about Shanda 'vander space capital Ark' and her son starving her other son to death. And I don't see any improvements in our protection of the most vulnerable in our society. Especially by people who should have unquestionable love and should be their number one protector on the planet, every second of every lifetime. It's a level of hate that I actually cannot understand and don't want to. The ability to hide it just seems unbelievable to me and with that being said - why was this ALLOWED to happen??

@springrain9438 Paul Ferguson and his mother Shanda Vander Ark, they murdered 15 year old Timothy. Both interrogations were horrific and their trials .....well....it's worth watching them, they both took the stand. Diabolical. Zav Girl does her due diligence and is a great creator with many videos on these monsters. Plunder is another creator who is always respectful and accurate. If you're into true crime, I have a list of about 15 or 20 creators who are great resources for all things... criminal.

@@godzillamanstreb524 imo there’s no way they didn’t know he was abusive. I’d be willing to bet Corey is far from his first victim. He was probably physically abusive to Breanna when they were together and he’s probably been abusive in every other relationship he’s been in. We already know he was mentally and emotionally abusive to her since being in Corey’s life and that he was a 20 year old man that decided to start a relationship with Breanna when she was a 16 year old girl. That’s a huge red flag on its own. Someone like him doesn’t just randomly become abusive overnight. IMO there’s no way his parents and other people close to him didn’t know he’s abusive. He lived with his parents when he first got Corey so I find it really hard to believe he wasn’t abusive to Corey when they lived there. They’ve just always enabled their son and never made him take accountability for his behavior. They probably witnessed things that they’re just refusing to say because they’re more concerned about helping their son get away with murder and enabling him more rather than getting justice for their grandson who was brutally murdered by their son. As abusive as he is, there’s no way Corey is his one and only victim. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s been abusive to his own mom.

I think he was angry that Mom followed CPS advice and got him checked out. As SOON as Corey was dropped off to him, his interrogation of Corey started. The video should have been played to the jury. This judge has been more for the defence imo
@silversmoke6

There wasn't any reason to show it to the jury. They already know he fled after Corey died. There's no probative value to watching a video with such bad sound. And the judge really hasn't been on the side of the defence. Even if he was - that's better than being on the prosecutions side, which would lead to an appeal.

Watching Corey read the book about Jupiter really put things in perspective. My daughter is a little younger than him and struggling with reading. That boy was going to have such a full life. He needs justice.
