Enough with giving these judges immunity from prosecution. That judge signed Corey's death warrant by giving him back. I sure hope the jury gets this verdict correct. The only acceptable verdict is either LWOP or the death penalty, if this state allows it.

Blunt impact injuries occurred "between 9 AM and 1 PM" and/or "4-12 hours before his death." Corey would have been alive if they gave the mom emergency custody. It simply did not have to happen, especially with the mom's reporting and formal complaints about the safety of her child.

The judge had bias because of her past drug use and he put more faith in Corey’s father despite the very clear signs of abuse . Bias in a judge should not be tolerated. He could have easily placed Corey in protective custody for a week to allow the child abuse allegations to be investigated instead he put him into the hands of his abuser co tributing to his death less then 24 hours later . Patrick Bradshaw has a child’s death on his record . Crap judge

Because he had No Idea he had a son until he received paperwork notifying him he was being SUED for Child Support. The Drug Addict Mother never told him she was pregnant, and never told him she gave birth. When the child was around 4, the Mother GOT GREEDY and decided to go after The Father. If she had just left everything alone, the child would still be alive today. After The Greedy, Drug-Addicted Mom decided to SUE, it coincided with her going DEEPER AND DEEPER into Drug Abuse. After the Dad took the paternity test, and it was found he was the father, he SUED for full custody because the Drug Fiend Mom was constantly in and out of rehab. It is CRAZY how spectacularly her Greed BACKFIRED: Again: If she had simply LIVED HER LIFE and never sued the Dad, he never would have known that he had a son, and the child would be alive today.

Omg have you actually followed this case?!!!, Corey was in the care of his mother for the first 4/5 years of his life with ZERO issues about his care or upbringing, the mother had a drug issue ( not for all those years), she got help and passed all court ordered drug tests and was awarded joint custody of Corey ( the court custody paperwork was discussed in the case in court), however because the mother wasn’t working at that time and Chris was Corey had to live with his father, but mum had extensive time awarded with Corey. I believe it was actually the Grandmother of Corey who filed for child support not the mother?. The mum got a job, and then got her own apartment . There is even talk that she got pregnant at 16, Chris was 21 due to a sexual assault ( I do not know if this is true), but she was only 17 when she had Corey. Please stop saying crap about the mum, yes she had a drug issue, but that didn’t make her a bad mother, she was a good mother who loved her son and Corey loved her, she reported multiple times that she believed Chris was abusing her son, she took him to Drs and hospital and she filed for an emergency full custody order which was denied. Corey was failed by the Drs, the judge and others but not by his mother.

Excellent, Thank you Dr. Andrew for making Corey's very sad autopsy understandable. Chilling. I don't know how people in your profession handle such sad cases like this one.

The courts want to stick their noses into our business and make decisions about our kids when they don’t have the right or the knowledge to so now this @*&#** judge needs to be held accountable for his negligence in this boys death.

May he Rest In Peace and rise in glory on the last day! This thug sits there in a suit and not orange scrubs like many accused of far less. Where is the justice in that. The loud defence atty must be trying to drown out the voice of his own conscience.

Never ceases to shock me that a so-called parent can cause such devastating injuries to their own offspring! Little Corey had internal injuries that caused his death and by the hands of this aggressive, heartless, angry piece of sh!t.

This is the slam dunk imo. Blunt force trauma leading to organ damage, leading to leaking blood leading to sepsis, leading to death.

Maybe I'm imagining it, but Gregor's facial expression appears more concerned than his usual angry scowl when the camera panned to him during this testimony. He knows he's toast thanks to this medical examiner.

The judge that put that boy back in that fathers hands reguardless of what his mother was telling him aided and abetted this childs murder. As for the father he is not showing any remorse just self pity because he got caught.

This is how Princess Diana died. She had a tear in her heart - when the car crashed she wasn't wearing a seat belt and her chest was crushed into the seat in front of her. They had no idea what was wrong in the ambulance as she had no real visible signs of injury - but went into cardiac arrest on the way to the hospital.
