I also love Amy's channel. I like that she has multiple fitness levels in each excercise and multiple types of excercise. Amy's channel is really for all different types of fitness levels and amount of time for all classes which has been great for me . I also have used Amy's pre and post natal videos and loved those too. Thanks Amy for the classes, has been great.

Excellent. Great mix of cardio and strength. Twice through was good for me. I couldn’t do all of the floor work with the straps so just modified without straps.

I discovered your chanel few months ago (during my second pregnancy). It was fun and easier to Watch you instead of create my own workout as usual. Now i'm addicted to your postanal workout videos. In France we have some perineal rehabilitation class before restart sport and activities as usual. So now i can't do this workout but I will. I would like to thank you for all your work. You're the best coach on KZbin, everyone can use your video. No risk of injury . Thanks a lot 👍👍👍 (sorry i'm not fluent)

Loooved this one! Full body 20 mins... yes please! (Full disclosure... couldn’t do the abs section... but did all floor abs so I at least did something 😊)

Loved this workout, I was a little scared the first time due that I am just recovering from an injury, but was very gentle to my body,however that doesn’t mean that I didn’t sweat, because I did, great job

I have the travel trx it was $100 and comes with over the door hanger. I have not used it that way. I love my trx band.
